Clubhouse ???

Are there any plans to build a clubhouse in the community? We moved from Summerport and they have a great clubhouse with gym and I truly miss it. Wanted to know if there are any future plans for a clubhouse to be built near the pool for party rentals and a gym / meeting place. Would love this so much more than new street signs.  Recently rented Summerport's clubhouse for a party because we do not have one and feel that rental bookings may help pay back the initial investment over the long run if we were to have one. As a realtor, it is my chief complaint from prospective buyers looking to purchase in the community. I know I personally would be willing to pay a little more per month to have a clubhouse with small gym. Even nice rental communities have them so the fact that we dont is a big bummer.
